There is no toll-free number for the DGT environmental label.
The number where you can make your queries is 060.
The price of the call will vary depending on the telephone supplier you have contracted.
From national landlines, the amount is usually the same as that applied for calls to other landlines.
From mobiles, it depends on the contract agreed with the company.
The timetable in which you can ask any questions you may have about obtaining or using the environmental mark is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00 hours.
On Saturdays, you will be attended from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
If you make the call in August, you must do so from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 hours and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
Resolve doubts about the DGT’s environmental label

How can I obtain the DGT’s environmental label?
