The price of the call will vary depending on the telephone supplier you have contracted.

From mobiles, it depends on the contract agreed with the company.
The timetable in which you can ask any questions you may have about obtaining or using the environmental mark is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00 hours.
On Saturdays, you will be attended from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
If you make the call in August, you must do so from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 hours and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
Resolve doubts about the DGT’s environmental label
